Partnering with a Leading GCC Insurer to Build the Foundations for Population Health Leadership
Client
Leading GCC Insurer
The Challenge
The Client, the largest insurer in the GCC, was undertaking a multi-year transformation of its health division to strengthen governance, modernise its operating model, and establish a leadership position in population health management.
With increasing expectations from regulators, providers, and customers, the organisation required greater clarity in strategic direction, operational structure, and technology enablement. The health transformation team also needed support to evaluate vendors, design scalable programmes, and align internal stakeholders for successful execution.
The Client asked Emica to act as a long-term strategic advisor to refine strategic choices, strengthen health governance, and support the implementation of its population health management agenda.

Facilitated internal workshops across primary care and health divisions to align stakeholders and refine delivery models.
Guided vendor evaluation processes and strengthened RFP structures to support scaled population health opportunities.
Provided ongoing mentoring to department leadership and identified high-potential internal talent for key roles.
Reviewed external communications, regulatory materials, and white papers to strengthen market positioning.
